American Auto Shield – Claims Adjuster
This position handles claims on the various vehicle service contracts
administered by American Auto Shield. This position is also responsible
for clearly explaining contract terms to customers.

American Auto Shield – Claims Supervisor
This position will be responsible for managing the claims department
composed of Claims Adjusters. They will manage the American Auto
Shield claims processing department here in St. Louis, including the
timely and proper disposition of claims in accordance with coverage
amounts. It is required that candidates for this position have 2 plus
years of auto experience, as well as demonstrated managerial
experience.
